Brand Consolidation
PracticeXpert, a publicly traded company, was acquiring privately held medical billing companies. We worked with the company to implement brand transitions for each of the acquired companies, and developed and implemented a cohesive brand strategy. Over the 18 months we were involved, company revenues grew from $4M to over $20M.

 

Brand Name Creation
A group of software developers had created an innovative interface for managing large libraries of digital music in public venues and high-end home entertainment systems. The Qsonix brand name was created using our standard creative process for the line of hardware products that will commercialize this software system. Qsonix is now launched and enjoying rapid acceptance with dealers nationwide.

 

Brand Name Creation
Xircom is one of our early success stories in brand name development. In 1989, three engineers had invented a revolutionary local area network device that could connect any portable PC to a LAN. Nothing like it existed and they needed a brand name that would be flexible enough to encompass products not yet imagined. Xircom was an instant market success, ultimately growing to $500M in annual revenues. Xircom was acquired by Intel in 2003 for $750M cash. The Xircom brand continues to be used by Intel for its line of mobile connectivity devices.
